Savory Dry Rub Adds Zing to Celebration Roast

¼ cup dark brown sugar 2 tablespoons smoked paprika (or sweet paprika) 1 tablespoon kosher salt 1 tablespoon garlic powder 1 tablespoon onion flakes (or onion powder) ¾ teaspoon dry mustard ½ teaspoon cayenne ¾ teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Mix all the ingredients in a bowl - and then use it on your Celebration Roast.
